Return & Exchange Policy
Customized Products – No Returns:
All our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order as per customer specifications. Hence, we do not accept returns on products.
Damage During Transit – Exchange Policy:
In case the product is received in a damaged condition due to courier handling, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof. The video must:
• Start from the sealed outer package (clearly showing the untampered seal).
• Be continuous, with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
• Clearly show the damaged item.
If the product is available in stock, we will exchange it. If not, we will issue a full refund. Exchange/refund will be processed only after receiving the damaged item back.
Edited or Incomplete Videos – No Exchange:
If the unboxing video shows signs of pausing, cutting, or editing, we will not accept any exchange or refund requests.
Processing Time for Damage Claims:
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to review your unboxing video and check product availability before confirming the next steps.
Size Issues – No Responsibility:
We are not responsible for size issues. A size chart is already provided for reference. Kindly double-check your measurements before placing the order.
Color Variation Disclaimer:
Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting and screen resolution. These minor color changes do not qualify as damage.
Handcrafted Product Disclaimer:
Our jewelry is handmade, and slight imperfections such as glue marks or minor shape variations are normal. These are not considered defects but a part of the charm and uniqueness of handcrafted products.
